Rev. Sun Myung Moon,
The United Nations International Day of Families is celebrated each May at the United Nations headquarters and around the world. The Universal Peace Federation joins in commemorating this day because it considers the family as a microcosm of the global community and because sustainable peace is grounded in the family as the most intimate social unit, the school of love. The theme of the 2012 observance was:

Ensuring Work Family Balance

In its fourth year of promoting the UN International Day of Families, UPF chapters in 70 nations organized commemorative events in 2012, some in more than a dozen cities. They hosted forums about local issues affecting families, organized commemorations in national parliaments, presented awards to outstanding families, and showed disadvantaged children a good time. Some forums addressed the theme selected by the UN for 2012, "Ensuring Work Family Balance," and others expanded the concept of balance to explore ways to develop a balanced partnership between husband and wife, balance spirituality and practical affairs, and balance public and private responsibilities. Reverend Moon Sun Myung Most Successful Religious Leader Many people compared this man to Martin Luther King, Mahatma Gandhi, Jesus and many other leaders. He went through allot of persecution and misunderstanding like many of the religious leaders of the past. His role was crucial in bringing the end to Communism and he is the founder of the Universal Peace Federation, Interreligious & International Federation For World Peace, Religious Youth Service and many other organizations to bring eternal peace to the world. WHY REV MOON IS MISUNDERSTOOD?Religious leaders were always misunderstood and persecuted in their time for bringing... greetings From USA

Our parents should be the first teacher of true love, it depends on the parents how they will cultivate the character or the personality of their teacher, so we have to be a good example of goodness to our children.

Special Education for Blessed Families Worldwide and the Inaugural Rally for the Women UN
All members can volunteer to participate

Dear National and Community Leaders,

If you have not already done so PLEASE PASS THE ATTACHED MEMO TO ALL MEMBERS TODAY – making sure that they are aware of the profound spiritual significance of being able to offer themselves in direct response to True Parents’ request in respect of this very important milestone in the period leading to Foundation Day.

Encourage all members that they are eligible to put their name forward to attend.
We will approach meeting True Parents’ request as a European Continent – therefore larger nations should feel responsible to send many more than 13 representatives, in fact larger communities can themselves try to find 13 participants.

Please send us a list of the names of those from your nation attending workshops in Cheong Pyeong during this period July 16-25. We will seek permission for them to attend this special education, but you should not rely on this to meet your nation’s/community’s responsibility.

Instead please maximize attendance form all your membership, of course for those categories mentioned in the memo (see attached and below), but also all members:
Abel/Cain Boon-Bong-Wang, National Messiahs (Adam, Eve, Cain, Abel), Tribal
Messiahs, Heads or Leaders of Providential Organizations, Women Leaders and Ambassadors for peace and all members.

Please check with your Nation’s Boon Bong Wang and National Messiahs and Japanese Missionaries if they will be attending representing your nation.

You should start submitting names as soon as you receive confirmations – please register these names on the European Office Website through this Online Registration

The first deadline for Submission of names is Thursday 5th July.
PLEASE WORK URGENTLY FOR THIS VERY IMPORTANT PROVIDENTIAL REQUEST FROM TRUE PARENTS.

Yours sincerely,

Tim Miller and Peter Staudinger

Philippe
